I've been pretty intimidated to make bread by hand (I usually use a bread machine) but tonight I decided to take on the challenge and make a braided loaf of whole wheat French bread.
It is good!
Perhaps I'll add it to the Winter Farm menu... $4 a loaf
We still have TONS of cherry tomatoes if anyone wants some.
Our chickens have been going through some mood swings or something... "hen pecked" "the pecking order" and other such terms are quite obviously displayed in our own backyard! Egg production is a little slow right now, but hopefully will pick up soon.
