Silas the 9 year old

 Silas turned 9 on September 29th

He had fun hosting a LEGO Masters tournament with his friends. They built LEGO cars to race and created their own imaginary creatures. It was angel food cake for dessert.

We recently went to visit a monastery in Arizona, and when it came time to help pick olives, Silas was of course in the tops of the trees.

He still climbs EVERYTHING every chance he gets.

Silas loves rocking his long hair. He gets a bit annoyed when people mistake him for a girl, but it happens, so he sluffs it off and carries on to the beat of his own drum.

Super fort builder.

Explorer and adventurer. 

Silas is creative and plays hard. He loves Christ. He likes to know the plan for the day. He might not be the most patient with younger siblings, but he sure brings some spunk, fire, and fun to the family.
